How it works
You talk and draw. Your agent does the drafting.
Two parts: tools that let an AI agent draw a house to scale, and a page where you look at the plan and mark it up.
01
Ask for a plan
A sketch, a photo of a plan or a list of room sizes will do. The agent asks for what is missing and marks what it had to guess.
Youbrochure-plan.jpgHere is the plan from the sales brochure. Draw it up.
AgentWhich way does the front face? And did you measure any of these rooms yourself?
YouNorth. The sizes are the brochure’s.
AgentDrawn, on two tabs. Every size is marked as read off a drawing until you put a tape to it.
02
Look at it
The plan opens on a page beside your agent: a tab for every floor and every option, every room measured.
- Rooms
- Living5.20 × 5.40 m · 28.1 m²
- Kitchen4.10 × 5.40 m · 22.1 m²
- Bedroom3.40 × 3.70 m · 12.6 m²
03
Say it, or draw it
Tell the agent what should change. Or draw it on the plan and say you have marked it up: it says back what it takes each mark to mean first.
YouI’ve marked it up.
AgentYou ringed the corner beside the living room and wrote “garden room?”. I take that as: fill the corner in as a new room. Shall I?
YouYes.
04
Watch it redrawn
The page redraws itself. A proposal gets its own tab: what comes out is dashed red, what is gained is outlined.
Then round again.
AgentDone, on its own tab: a garden room of 15.4 m².
05
Send it to someone
One file with every floor and every option. It opens on any phone, with nothing to install.
